📌 Baked fish with potatoes in cream sauce

A quick recipe for a delicious lunch or dinner. Crispy fish fillet baked with aromatic potatoes in a creamy sauce.

🍒 Ingredients:
cod – 500 gr.
tomatoes – 2-3 pieces
crackers – 1 cup
butter – 75 gr.
garlic – 1 clove
parsley – 2 sprigs
lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
pepper – to taste
salt – to taste
potatoes – 800 gr.
milk – 4 cups
butter – 50 gr.
flour – 3 tbsp.
dill – 1 bunch
pepper – to taste
salt – to taste

Cooking:
1. Wash the cod fillet and dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix the crackers, crushed garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, softened butter, 3 pinches of salt and ground pepper. We spread the prepared cod fillet on a greased baking sheet and evenly distribute the mixture of crackers from above. Cut the tomatoes in half, lay out next to the fish. Sent in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. Peeled potatoes, boiled in cubes, boiled in salted water until done and cooked in a colander.

3. Heat the butter in a saucepan (50 gr.), Add flour and, stirring constantly, fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the milk, add a pinch of salt, pepper and cook the sauce until thickened. Ready sauce try on salt, add chopped dill and cooked boiled potatoes.

4. Gently mix the potatoes in a creamy sauce and bring to a boil.

5. Flavored fish under a crispy crust is spread on a plate, add potatoes in a creamy sauce, baked tomato, a slice of lemon and serve. Enjoy your meal!!!
