Steps
Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar, beat well with a mixer.

We add condensed milk and sour cream to the resulting mass and beat well again with a mixer.

We add baking powder to the flour, mix well and pour to the bulk, just sift the cocoa here, mix and beat well with a mixer until smooth.

We take the form in which we will bake, cover with parchment paper and lubricate well the bottom and sides with vegetable oil.

Pour the dough and send it to a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes, check the ready cake with a toothpick.

Walnuts are not cut into large pieces, and prunes are cut into medium pieces and I still use raisins.

In one kilogram of sour cream add icing sugar, mix and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.

We need to divide the finished cake into 3 parts, I do it with the help of ordinary thread, then the cake layers are even and beautiful.

We cut the upper crust with not big stripes and we divide each strip into small squares, 2-2.5 cm thick and shift them into a small plate.

We shift the bottom cake on a plate, smear it with sour cream, sprinkle with prunes at will, as much as you like, we love a lot, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and raisins.
