BISKVIT SIMPLE ON LEMONADE
Eggs – 4 pcs., Sugar – 1.5 cups, vanilla sugar – 1 pack, lemonade (any) – 1 cup,
vegetable oil – 1 cup, flour – 3 glasses, baking powder – 10 g
The main secret of this sponge cake is lemonade. It should be with gas. Lemonade, standing open, without gas, will not work.
Eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer. Continuing to beat, pour in vegetable oil, immediately after pouring lemonade. Add portions of flour with baking powder, mix with a mixer. The dough will be liquid, like sour cream.
Pour the dough into the multicooker bowl. Set baking time to 65 minutes. After the signal add another 65 minutes.
At the end of baking, turn off the heating and leave the cake to cool for another 20 minutes.
Then turn the bowl multicooker on stand (see photo), you can tea cups, and leave the biscuit in such a suspension to cool completely.
In the oven, a simple biscuit is baked as always – at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. The shape should be high, because the biscuit rises very much.
After baking, leave the biscuit in the oven off for 20 minutes.
Turn the form with the biscuit on the stand and finally cool it.
Biscuit turns out very high (I have 12 cm), fluffy, with a pear aroma (I had lemonade with a pear).
