– Dark dark chocolate – 200 g
– Butter – 250 g

1. It is necessary to melt chocolate and butter on the smallest fire (personally, I really do not like messing with the water bath, and every time I try to bypass this process). The main thing here is to stir and watch vigilantly, as soon as everything is dissolved and mixed, you must immediately remove everything from the fire. If you let the mixture boil, it will be irretrievably damaged. They removed the chocolate-butter mixture from the stove and left to cool slightly, at this time, beat the eggs with sugar and flour, whipping into the foam is not necessary.
2. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly with a whisk and pour into a baking dish. The form does not need to lubricate. The main thing is to tap it well on the table so that the air bubbles burst, otherwise the brownie may swell unevenly. My favorite form for this cake is Teflon 20 * 20 cm.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. This time I was a little distracted and slightly curled it. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick does not make sense, it should be slightly damp inside. In the photo, the brownie is already turned over.
4. I keep brownies in the fridge. Because of the abundance in the composition of the oil and its structure, it reminds me more of a cake, so I do not want to leave it warm. I am madly in love with chocolate baking, and I can die such a cake in a couple of days without any help.
