Low-fat cottage cheese handkerchiefs with apples!
🔻 Ingredients:
250 g of cottage cheese
100 g of kefir or natural yoghurt
250 g flour
1–2 apples
10 tsp. Sahara
0.5 g of salt
powdered sugar
When all the products are collected, soon start cooking this delicious delicacy!
🔻 Cooking
1. Start with cottage cheese. Fine grind it, add 9 tsp. sugar and 0.5 g of salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a blender or by hand.
2. Pour kefir into ground cottage cheese and gradually add flour. Knead the dough. It should be quite soft and elastic.
3. Cut the peeled apples into thin slices so that they are well baked.
4. Roll the dough into a 2–3 mm thick layer, cut it into small squares approximately 5 x 5 cm in size.
5. On the resulting blank decompose apples, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste, then wrap, as shown in the photo. Pay attention that apples need to be laid out diagonally, it is much more convenient.
6. Put the cookies on a baking sheet, pre-cover it with parchment paper. Lubricate the pan with butter is not necessary!
7. Bake cookies at 180 ° C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cover the finished cookies with a towel and leave to cool. Voila, it remains only to sprinkle with powdered sugar! Cookies turn out friable, similar to shortbread, but softer and incredibly tasty.
