Smoked Chicken Salad with Mushrooms and Vegetables
Colorful delicious salad of smoked chicken, mushrooms, sweet pepper, canned peas and corn with aromatic dressing from mayonnaise, mustard, parsley.
Chicken – 2 pcs.
champignons – 6 pcs.
pepper – 1/2 pcs.
peas – 1/2 banks
corn – 1/2 can
parsley – 1/2 bunch
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp.
mustard – 1 tsp
seasoning – 1 tbsp.
1. Remove smoked chicken meat from the bone and cut into 1 x 1 cm cubes. Wash the champignons, cut each mushroom into 8 slices, boil in salted water 5 minutes after boiling and pour the ready-made slices of mushrooms into a colander.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, chopped parsley and, if desired, add salad seasoning. Mix well fragrant salad dressing.
3. Corn with peas, open, pour and send in a bowl. Peeled peppers cut into cubes and spread in a bowl. Add the prepared pieces of smoked chicken and boiled mushrooms.
