Very Delicate Cake

The cake really has a delicate flavor, it literally melts in your mouth. At the same time it is quite satisfying. The recipe is incredibly simple, easy and fast.

For the test:
– Flour – 1 glass
– Sugar – 1 cup
– Eggs – 5 pcs.
– Vanillin – to taste
– Baking powder – 1 tsp.

For cream:
– Eggs – 1 pc.
– Milk – 1 cup
– Granulated sugar – 0, 5 glasses
– Butter – 50 g
– Flour – 2, 5 st. l

For the glaze:
– Butter – 50 g
– Cocoa – 3 tbsp. l
– Granulated sugar – 4 tbsp. l
– Sour cream – 4 tbsp. l
– Vanillin – to taste


Beat eggs with vanilla and sugar, add flour, baking powder for the dough and again beat all the ingredients.
To prevent the dough from sticking, grease a baking dish with butter or margarine.
Pour the dough into the mold and set it in a hot oven. We bake at 180 ° C for about an hour.
For the cream, beat the sugar with the egg, add vanilla, milk and flour. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed and set on slow fire. Cook the cream, stirring constantly, until thick.
As soon as the cream thickens, remove it from the heat, add the butter and whisk everything again. Cool ready cream.
Then cook the icing. Take the saucepan and put the sliced ​​butter into it. Put the saucepan on a low fire and melt the butter. Next, add cocoa, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. All mix and cook until complete dissolution of sugar. Frosting should be constantly stirred so that it does not burn, but should not be brought to a boil.
Ready cake cut lengthwise into two halves. On one half of the cake lay out all the cream and align it with a knife. Top put the second part of the cake and generously pour all the chocolate icing.
Put the cooked cake for 3-4 hours in the cold for impregnation.
